The Ukrainian maritime agency “START MARINE” was founded in Kharkiv in 2010 and operates in full compliance with Ukrainian legislation. Our seafarer database comprises more than 30,000 professionals from Ukraine, and every candidate brings extensive experience aboard vessels operated by various companies, a strong command of English, and all required certificates and documentation.

We provide shipowners, ship managers, and operators with highly qualified and experienced seafarers. Each crew member and prospective candidate is personally screened — their experience, competence, fitness for duty, and English language proficiency are thoroughly verified before assignment to a vessel.
